摘　　要：目的:观察和分析趾骨骨折术后恢复期中医护理干预的效果。方法:选取我院诊治的62例趾骨骨折患者为研究对象,对所有入选者实施手术治疗。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。对照组给予常规方法护理,观察组给予中医护理干预,比较两组经不同护理干预患者的护理效果。结果:干预后,观察组患者的疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);骨折愈合时间、住院时间等显著少于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行手术治疗的趾骨骨折患者实施中医护理干预,既能减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度,还能使术后疼痛感降低,加快骨折恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM nursing intervention in convalescent period of phalangeal fracture after operation.Methods:62 cases of phalangeal fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group and 31 cases in each group in our hospital as the research object and were treated with operation.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention,and the nursing effect of different nursing intervention patients was compared.Results:After the intervention,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the fracture healing time,hospitalization time in observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction was significantly in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgical treatment of metatarsal fractures with TCM nursing intervention may reduce the incidence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction rate,and reduce postoperative pain,accelerate fracture recovery.
