摘 要:对富锰渣湿法浸取硫酸锰的工艺进行了研究,在分析富锰渣性质及浸取机理的基础上,先通过单因素实验确定浸取温度、浸取时间、硫酸浓度各自的最适条件,然后利用响应面法对富锰渣湿法浸取硫酸锰工艺的浸取条件进行优化。方差分析结果显示浸取温度为95℃、硫酸浓度为21%、浸取时间为3小时的条件下,浸取效果最佳,锰的浸出率可达到96.75%。The process of wet leaching manganese sulfate from manganese-rich slag was studied.On the basis of analyzing the properties and leaching mechanism of manganese-rich slag,the optimum conditions of leaching temperature,leaching time and sulfuric acid concentration were determined by single factor experiments.Then the leaching conditions of manganese-rich slag wet leaching manganese sulfate were optimized by response surface methodology.The results of variance analysis showed that the leaching effect was the best when the leaching temperature was 95 C,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 21%,and the leaching time was 3 hours.The leaching rate of manganese could reach 96.75%.
