摘 要:简要总结了某厂长材电炉连铸结晶器二次冷却水水质提升系列举措。从“人、机、料、法、环”五个维度对水质现状进行分析,并分别进行改善。首先,通过快赢机会,保证加药精度,也为后续进一步改善奠定了基础。其次,通过响应曲面设计等先进的改善工具,得到了絮凝剂配伍等要因的优化参数,提升了沉淀池的处理效率。最后,新增管道过滤器自动反洗功能,确保了水质稳定供给,赢得了电炉厂的满意与肯定。A series of measures to improve the quality of secondary cooling water of the electric furnace continuous casting mould in a long-material plant are briefly summarized.The present state of water quality was analyzed from five aspects of“human,machine,material,law and environment”and improved separately.First of all,through quick winning opportunities to ensure the accuracy of dosing and lay the foundation for further improvement.Secondly,through response curved surface design and other advanced improvement tools,the optimization parameters of flocculant compatibility and other factors were obtained,which improved the treatment efficiency of sedimentation tank.Finally,an automatic backwashing function of pipeline filters was newly added which ensured the stable supply of water quality and won the satisfaction and affirmation of electric furnace plant.
