摘　　要：将资源环境承载能力纳入自然资源及其产品价格形成机制是对自然资源价格形成机制的进一步完善。判断资源是否稀缺是保障资源可持续利用的关键,而资源环境承载状况是判断资源稀缺性的标准。通过对价格构成、价格分类、价格征收等三方面的价格调整的分析研究进而对自然资源价格形成进行结构性调整,以价格机制干预资源环境消耗,从而实现保护资源环境可持续发展的目标。Incorporating carrying capacity of resources and environment into the price formation mechanism of natural resources and their products is a further improvement of the natural resources price formation mechanism.The key judgment of resources sustainable utilization is scarcity of resources.Moreover,the carrying status of resources and environment is the criterion to judge the scarcity of resources.In this study,we analyzed price adjustment in three aspects(price composition,price classification and price levy)to further adjusts the price formation of natural resources.Through Intervention mechanism of natural resources,we hope to achieve the goal of sustainable development of resources and environment protection.
