摘  要:板中北气藏为一带油环边水的凝析气藏,经历二十多年的衰竭式开发后停采,油环与边水侵入严重,气采出程度61%、油采出程度24.6%,地层压力由30.5 MPa降至13 MPa。为实现该气藏复活增效,进行了改建储气库研究与建设,在储气库选址、方案设计、运行优化全过程进行了关键技术创新:建立储气库库址评价要素与界限标准,创建库址评价数学模型,实现库址优选的科学定量化;建立工作气量-调峰产量-采气井数三元耦合技术,解决指标优化匹配问题;建立库存量动态诊断与预警、水体扩容定量评价、运行优化调整技术。该储气库经过16个周期的生产运行,实现了水淹区库容恢复、含水单井产能增强、工作气量提高,目前工作气量达6.6×10 8 m 3,累计产油16.69×10 4 m 3,提高油采收率4.65%,并仍在持续提高。气藏改建储气库的设计技术与成功经验,为渤海湾相似停产气藏的复活增效,提高凝析油采收率提供了新途径。The Banzhongbei gas reservoir is a condensate gas reservoir with oil rim and edge water,and stopped production after more than 20 years of depletion development,the invasion of oil rim and edge water is serious,gas recovery was 61%,oil recovery was 24.6%,and formation pressure was reduced from 30.5 MPa to 13 MPa.In order to realize production recovery and increase efficiency of the gas reservoir,the research and construction of rebuilding the gas storage were carried out.The key technical innovations are carried out in the whole process of gas storage site selection,conceptual design and operation optimization.The evaluation elements and boundary criteria of gas storage site were established,the evaluation mathematical model of gas storage site was created to realize the scientific quantification of gas storage site optimization.Three parameters coupled technology of working gas volume-peak shaving gas volume-gas production well number was set up to solve the problem of index optimization and matching.Establish technologies of inventory dynamic diagnosis and early warning,quantitative evaluation of water capacity expansion,and operation optimization and adjustment.After 16 cycles of production and operation,the storage capacity in the waterflooded area has been restored,the productivity of the water-bearing single well has been enhanced,and the working gas volume has been increased.At present,the working gas volume is up to 6.6×10 8m 3,the cumulative oil production is 16.69×10 4m 3,and the oil recovery factor is 4.65%,and it is still improving continuously.The design technology and successful experience of gas reservoir reconstruction provide a new way of production recovery and increasing efficiency for similar gas reservoir shutdown wells and improving the recovery factor of condensate oil in Bohai Bay.
