摘 要:X射线荧光元素录井技术已经得到了广泛的应用,但由于仪器的型号多,不同型号仪器的测量结果有一定差异,导致油田建设方对分析结果产生质疑,故以实验室级别的波长色散型仪器分析结果为标准,对比4种能量色散型仪器的分析效果。仪器对比表明,不同仪器的测量结果有差异,但对主要元素而言,Mg、Al、Ca、Si等元素的测量误差相对较低或误差具有明显的一致性,测量误差变化趋势一致,测量结果能反映地层的真实变化趋势。根据对比情况,分析出现测量误差的原因主要有低原子序数元素测量精度不高,低含量元素的测量误差较大等,因而有必要开展针对性的装备技术研发,同时建议根据不同地层的测量需求,制定具有针对性的精细标定与校准规范,进一步发挥好元素录井的作用。X-ray fluorescence element logging technology has been widely used.However,due to the various types of instruments,the measurement results of different types of instruments have certain differences,which leads to the oilfield construction party questioning the analysis results.Therefore,the analytical results of the laboratory-level wavelength dispersion type instruments are taken as standards,and the analysis results of four kinds of energy dispersion instruments are compared.The comparison of instruments shows that the measurement results of different instruments are different.However,for the main elements,the measurement errors of elements Mg,Al,Ca,Si and other elements are relatively low or have obvious consistency,the variation trend of measurement error is accordant and the measurement results can reflect the true trend of formation.According to the comparison,the reasons for the measurement error are mainly low measurement accuracy of low atomic number elements and the large measurement errors of low content elements.Therefore it is necessary to carry out targeted equipment technology research and development.At the same time,it is suggested to develop targeted fine calibration and calibration specifications according to the measurement requirements of different strata,so as to further play the role of element logging.
