联合检测纤维蛋白原、抗凝血酶对静脉血栓栓塞症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维蛋白原(Fbg)联合抗凝血酶(AT)在静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)患者中的诊断效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年5月武汉市第一医院住院治疗的静脉血栓栓塞症患者59例作为对象,设为观察组;选择同期健康体检者53例设为对照组。测定两组AT、Fbg,分析其在VTE患者中的诊断效能。结果观察组中肺血栓栓塞症与深静脉血栓Fbg、AT水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肺血栓栓塞症合并深静脉血栓患者Fbg、AT水平,均低于单一肺血栓栓塞症与深静脉血栓(P<0.05);观察组Fbg、AT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);单一Fbg、AT在VTE患者中诊断敏感性、特异性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Fbg联合AT在VTE患者中诊断敏感性、特异性,高于单一Fbg、AT(P<0.05)。结论Fbg、AT在VTE患者中呈低表达,二者联合检测能获得较高的诊断效能。Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of fibrinogen(Fbg)combined with antithrombin(AT)in patients with venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods A total of 59 patients with venous thromboembolism who were hospitalized in the First Hospital of Wuhan from June 2017-May 2018 were selected as the observation group.53 patients of healthy physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The levels of AT and Fbg were determined.analyze the diagnostic efficacy of Fbgnd AT in patients with VTE.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of Fbg and AT between the pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis in the observation group(P>0.05).The levels of Fbg and AT in the patients with pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis were observed in the observation group.It was lower than single pulmonary thromboembolism and deep vein thrombosis(P<0.05);the levels of Fbg,AT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);single Fbg,AT were in patients with venous thromboembolism.There was no significant difference in diagnostic sensitivity and specificity(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of Fbg,AT in patients with venous thromboembolism were higher than single Fbg and AT(P<0.05).Conclusion Fbg,AT are low expression in patients with VTE.The combined detection of the two can achieve higher diagnostic efficiency.
