摘  要:离子风静电消除器放电电极模块由直流电压源和放电针(或者针组)组成,通过尖端高压电晕放电把空气电离出正、负离子,用于消除物料携带的静电荷。为了研究放电电极模块的放电特性,实验中通过调节圆柱形放电电极模块针座直径、放电针尖在针座内的深度,以及放电针的外接直流电源输出,研究放电模块结构对静电放电效果的影响,为放电电极模块设计提供数据支撑。实验结果表明:放电电极模块的放电性能与放电针针座直径、放电针在针座内深度以及限流电阻有关;针座直径d为20 mm的放电电极模块具有较佳的放电效果。另外,可利用多个放电电极模块并联使用以提高消电效果。Ionizers for silos consist of high-voltage power generators and discharge needles(or pin sets)that ionize air into positive and negative ions by a high-voltage corona discharge,which are used for neutralizing and eliminating static chargecarried by chemical powder.In order to studythe discharge characteristics of ionizers,the influence ofdischarge needleto electrostatic discharge was studied by adjusting the diameter of the needle holder,the depth of the discharge needle in the needle holder and the DC output power supply.The results showed that the performance of the ion generator was related to the diameter of the discharge needle holder,the depth of the discharge needle in needle holder and the current-limiting resistance,and that the ion generator with a 20 mm diameter needle holder had the optimized discharging effect.In addition,parallel connection of multiple ion generators could be used to improve the effect of static elimination.
