摘 要:聚烯烃、聚酯粒料产品在风送过程中极易积聚静电,甚至诱发静电放电引燃事故。从料仓内静电放电风险分析入手,探讨了料仓内可能存在的静电放电形式及其危险性。利用全尺寸粉体料仓静电实验装置,模拟聚丙烯(PP)粒料风送作业,研究质量流量对PP粒料静电特性的影响规律。结果表明,对于固定风送系统装置,随着PP物料输送的质量流量减小,其物料的荷质比增大,本实验装置中PP粒料静电荷质比可以达到-6^-7μC/kg。为提高料仓装置静电安全水平,可在料仓进料口、放料口或下料包装口设置离子风静电消除器,防止料仓内静电荷积聚。Polyolefin and polyester pellet products are highly prone to accumulate static electricity during the air delivery process,causing ignition accidents.Starting from the analysis of electrostatic discharge risk in the silo,the forms and dangers of electrostatic discharge that might exist in the silo were discussed.The full-size powder silo electrostatic experiment device was used to simulate the air transfer operation of polypropylene(PP)pellets,and the influence of mass flow rate on the electrostatic properties of PP pellets was studied experimentally.The results showed that for the fixed air delivery system,as the mass flow rate of PP granules reduced,the charge-to-mass ratio of the PPgranules increased.The static charge-to-mass ratio of PP pellets in this experimental device reached-6^-7μC/kg.In order to improve the electrostatic safety level of the silo device,an ion wind static eliminator could be arranged at the feed opening,the discharge opening or the unloading packaging mouth of the silo to prevent static charge accumulation in the silo.
