摘 要:针对石化企业发生初期火灾进行快速灭火的需求,研发了移动式压缩气体泡沫灭火装置。通过考察出口管径、软管卷盘长度、气液比等参数对泡沫性能的影响,实现了该装置关键组件的最优化设计。测试了该灭火装置的泡沫混合液平均流量、干/湿泡沫发泡倍数、25%析液时间、灭火时间等性能参数。研究结果表明:该灭火装置泡沫混合液平均流量高达40 L/min,灭火时间为80 s,仅是负压式泡沫灭火装置灭火时间的44%。另外,该装置还具备一键启动、干湿可调、操作简便、行驶快捷的优势。因此,该装置在物化性能、泡沫性能及灭火性能方面都超越现有的同类型产品。A portable compressed gas foam fire extinguishing device was developed to meet the demand of the fast initial-stage fire extinguishing in petrochemical enterprises.The optimal design of the key components of the device was realized by investigating the influence of the parameters such as outlet pipe diameter,hose reel length and the ratio of gas-liquid on the foam performance.Moreover,experimental parameters of the fire extinguishing device such as average flow rate of foam solution,expansion of dry/wet foam,25%drainage time and fire extinguishing time were measured.Results showed thataverage flow rate of foam solution in this fire extinguishing device was up to 40 L/min and the fire extinguishing time was 80 s which was merely 44%of the fire extinguishing time of the negative pressure foam extinguishing device.In addition,the fire extinguishing device had the advantages of one-key start,adjustable wet/dry foam,simple operation and fast speed ability.Therefore,the fire extinguishing device was superior to the existing products of the same type both in the physical/chemical characteristics,foam and fire extinguishing performance.
