混输海底管道进站调压阀安装位置的影响分析

摘  要:混输海底管道进站压力稳定对保障陆地终端向下游用户提供可靠的气质与气量十分重要,进站调压阀是控制进站压力的重要元件。针对进站调压阀安装在段塞流捕集器上游或下游的情况,分析其对段塞流捕集器最大操作压力的确定、清管过程中终端向下游用户供气及终端操作模式调整的影响。分析结果表明,进站调压阀安装在段塞流捕集器下游可有效保障向终端用户供气的气质和气量,安装在段塞流捕集器上游可降低段塞流捕集器最大操作压力,优化工程投资;调压阀安装位置应结合陆地终端装置运营模式、下游用户供气要求以及项目投资等因素综合确定。The inlet pressure is very important to ensure the onshore terminal providing natural gas with stable composition and flow rate for the downstream users.The inlet pressure regulating valve is the important instrument to control inlet pressure.When the inlet pressure regulating valve is installed in upstream or downstream of the slug catcher,the influences of the valve position on the maximum operating pressure of the slug catcher,the terminal gas supply for downstream gas users and the adjustment of the terminal operation mode during pipeline pigging are studied.The analysis results indicate that the inlet pressure regulating valve installed in downstream of the slug catcher can not only effectively ensure the gas supply for downstream users in gas composition and flow rate,but also reduce the project investment;the inlet pressure regulating valve installed in upstream of the slug catcher can reduce the maximum operating pressure of the slug catcher and optimize project investment;the installation position of the inlet pressure regulating valve should be determined in combination with the operation mode of land terminal equipment,the gas demand of downstream users and the project investment.
