摘　　要：针对指甲油瓶装生产过程,对旋盖工艺的自动化生产设备进行开发与研究。详细介绍了瓶子进料,挡板分离,夹具夹稳,旋盖等几个工序,控制系统用PLC驱动调速电机与步进电机运行。还介绍了自动旋盖机开发的过程与测试结果,及行业的应用情况。In this paper,the automatic production equipment for rotary cap process is researched and developed in the process of nail polish bottle production.The process of feeding bottle,separating baffle,clamping fixture,screwing cap and so on are introduced in detail.The control system uses PLC to drive speed regulating motor and stepping motor.The development process and test results of automatic capping machine and its application in industry are also introduced.
