摘　　要：以吉林某纸业有限责任公司为例,叙述污水处理项目的工艺要求及控制要求,阐述基于S7-400PLC和WinCC的造纸污水处理自动控制系统,包括污水处理控制系统的软、硬件组成等。目前该污水处理控制系统运行稳定可靠、达到国家污水排放标准,符合国家节能减排的原则,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。This article taking a paper industry limited liability company in Jilin as an example,the process requirements and control requirements of sewage treatment projects were described.The automatic control system of papermaking wastewater treatment based on S7-400 PLC and WinCC was described,including the composition of software and hardware of sewage treatment control system,etc.At present,the sewage treatment control system runs stably and reliably,which comes up to National Sewage Discharge Standard and conforms to the principle of national energy saving and emission reduction,and has significant economic and social benefits.
