摘  要:本文旨在研究一种用于提高风力发电效率的创新技术理论。在现有技术条件下,风力发电机遵循“额定功率不能改变”的设计原则,这点制约了风速动能的有效利用率,也影响了风电的有效产出率以及实用性。本文提出双风轮理论以及”许用风速”随风变速理论,使得整个机组风场年总作功量是现有技术的4.4倍。这将大大提高风电的使用效益和普及率。The purpose of this paper is to study an innovative technology theory for improving the efficiency of wind power generation.Under the existing technical conditions,the design generators follow the principle with fixed rated power,which restricts the effective utilization rate of wind energy,and also affects the effective output rate and practicability of wind power.This paper presents the theories of double wind wheel and variable speed with the wind according to the allowable wind speed,enabling the total annual work of the wind farm of the whole unit 4.4 times that of the existing technology.This will greatly improve the efficiency and popularity of wind power.
