摘 要:为了掌握电动清扫车四盘刷清扫规律,提出了盘刷转速与清扫车行进速度的比值这一比例系数k,建立了盘刷转速、清扫车行进速度与垃圾抛射速度关系的数学模型,利用MATLAB数值计算得到了k、接地角α及抛射角δ之间的相互关系;为了得到四个盘刷的安装位置关系,本文还提出了垃圾抛射临界位置条件,利用垃圾抛射速度和清扫车行进速度建立了数学模型,得到了前后盘刷的安装位置的范围。以上分析对滚扫式电动清扫车四盘刷清扫系统设计具有重要的参考意义。In order to grasp the sweeping rule of four dishes of electric sweeper,the ratio coefficient k of rotating speed of disk brush to travelling speed of sweeper is put forward,and a mathematical model of relation among rotating speed of disc brush,traveling speed of sweeper and throwing speed of garbage is established.Then the relation among k,grounding angleαand throwing angleδis obtained by MATLAB numerical calculation.In order to get the relation of installation positions of the four disc brushes,the critical location condition for garbage disposal is also presented,and a mathematical model is established by using garbage throwing speed and cleanup speed.Finally,the installation position range of the front and rear disc brushes is obtained.The above analysis is of great reference value to the design of sweeping system for four disc sweeping brush of electric sweeper.
