关于油田开发工程哲学的几点思考

摘　　要：阐述了油田开发观,包括经济观、政治观、技术观、工程观、安环观和资源观6个方面;概括了矛盾论与实践论哲学思想在大庆油田开发中的指导作用;将油水运动与开发指标变化规律归纳为力学规律、统计学规律和控制反馈规律;总结了国内外油田开发四大规律性做法,包括“强化细化”注采规律、注采系统调整规律、注采结构调整规律、地下地面整体优化规律。The philosophical views of the oilfield development were expounded,including the economics,politics,technology,engineering,safety&environmental protection and resources;the guiding roles of the theories of the contradiction and practice in the development of Daqing Oilfield were summarized;the oil-water flow and the changed laws of the development index were concluded into the rules of mechanics,statistics,and control-feedback;four major regularity measures of the oilfield development at home and abroad such as“strengthening and subdividing”injection-production laws,injection-production system adjusting laws,injection-production structure adjusting laws and underground-surface overall optimizing laws were summarized.
