摘  要:经过60年的注水开发,大庆喇、萨、杏油田已处于特高含水开发阶段,油田开发面临三大矛盾加剧、剩余油高度零散、无效循环严重、宏观动用差异变小、套损形势严峻5个挑战,开发难度越来越大。近年来,通过技术的不断创新,逐步实现了由整体挖潜向个性化挖潜、注采井网调整向完善局部单砂体注采关系、井网加密调整向层系井网优化调整、区块层系结构调整向井层调整、套损被动防治向主动防控的5个转变,形成了以“四个精细”为核心的特高含水期水驱精细挖潜配套技术及复杂大系统下精细、高效的开发管理模式。以6个精细挖潜示范区为引领,水驱精细挖潜技术在大庆油田得到全面推广应用,控递减、控含水取得显著成效,有力支撑了大庆油田4 000×10 4t油气当量持续稳产和高效开发。Being water flooded for 6 decades,Daqing Lasaxing Oilfields are now being developed in the extra-high watercut period and facing 5 new challenges,which are listed as follows:the aggravated three-major contradictions,highly scattered remained oil,serious non-efficiency cycle,less macroscopically developed difference and severe casing-failure situation,so the development difficulty becomes more and more bigger.In recent years,by continuing technical innovations,5 great changes have emerged gradually:from the whole potential tapping to personalized one,from injection-production well pattern adjustment to localized individual sandbody one,from well pattern filling adjustment to layer-series optimization adjustment,from block-series structural adjustment to well-layer adjustment,from passive casing-failure prevention to its active control.Thus the matching techniques of the waterflooding fine potential tapping in the extra-high watercut period and the fine taking“4 Fineness”as the core and high-efficiency development managing mode of the complicated large system have developed.Leading by 6 demonstrating blocks of the fine potential tapping,the waterflooding fine-potential-tapping techniques have been widely generalized and applied,the much better effects of controlling the decline and watercut have achieved,so the sustainable-stable production of 40 million tons and high-efficiency development are soundly supported for Daqing Oilfield.
