摘 要:目前大庆油田聚合物驱技术已成熟配套,三元复合驱技术应用规模不断扩大。三元复合驱与聚合物驱相比,提高采收率幅度更大,但开采成本和初期投资也更高。保证三次采油开发效益最优以及最大限度提高油田采收率,驱替方式合理匹配成为亟需解决的技术难题。基于大庆油田开发层系井网及地面配套设施现状,确定了三次采油开发模式;以盈亏平衡原理建立了实施聚驱、强碱三元复合驱、弱碱三元复合驱技术经济界限评价模型,方便快捷地给出不同驱替方式在不同开发模式下实施的油价、单井控制地质储量及阶段采出程度界限。在模型中首次引入单井单位地质储量化学剂用量、年产油量比例及不同开发模式的投资分摊系数等相对量,消除了由绝对量差异造成的不可对比性,方便3种驱替方式技术经济界限的对比;以三次采油开发规律为基础,综合确定了年产油量、化学剂用量比例,使得评价结果更加符合油田实际。该方法可为油田投资决策提供技术支撑,为同类油田三次采油开发方式选择提供依据。At present,the polymer flooding techniques in Daqing Oilfield are mature in set,and moreover the ASP flooding is gradually applied in a great scale.Compared with the polymer flooding,the ASP flooding has a larger increase in the recovery factor,but its production cost and initial investment are rather higher.So guaranteeing the optimization of the EOR development efficiency and maximizing the oil recovery and properly matching the displacing methods have become the technical difficulties need to solve urgently.Based on the current conditions of the well patterns of the developed layer series and surface matching equipment of Daqing Oilfield,the developing modes of the tertiary oil recovery were determined;with the help of break-even principle,the evaluating models of the technical-economic limits for the polymer flooding,strong-alkaline ASP flooding and weak-alkaline ASP flooding were established,which are convenient to present the limits of different developing modes and different displacing modes,including the oil price,single-well controlled OOIP and recovery degree.In the modes,for the first time,the relative amounts of the chemical agent dosage of the single-well unit geological reserves,oil production and the investment sharing coefficient of different development modes were introduced into the model,thus the in-comparability caused by the absolute quantity difference was eliminated and the comparisons among the technical-economic limits of three different kinds of the flooding modes were easy to make;on the basis of the developing laws of the tertiary oil recovery,the annual oil production and chemical-agent usage proportion were determined comprehensively,which made the evaluated results more in line with the actual conditions of the oil field.The method can provide the technical support for the decision-making of the oilfield investment,and furthermore can present the evidences for the EOR development modes of the same-kind oilfield.
