不同动物宿主感染卫氏并殖吸虫后的抗体动态变化

摘　　要：目的以卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染适宜和非适宜宿主,观察感染后的抗体动态变化情况。方法从安徽省休宁县采集溪蟹捣碎并收集囊蚴,以卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染适宜宿主犬和非适宜宿主大鼠,收集感染后0~16周血清;以卫氏并殖吸虫成虫可溶性抗原为探针,建立ELISA方法检测不同宿主感染后的血清抗体。结果检测卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴感染动物的血清,均有抗体出现。其中感染犬3周可检测抗体阳性,抗体水平达高峰的时间最早为5周;感染大鼠1周检出抗体阳性,2~3周抗体水平达到高峰,至8周时抗体水平降低并维持在平衡状态。结论不同宿主感染卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴后抗体变化有区别,在非适宜宿主体内短期抗体水平下降较快且维持在弱阳性水平。Objective To observe the dynamic changes of antibodies from the permissive and non-permissive hosts infected with metacercariae of Paragonimus westermani. Methods Dogs and rats were infected with the metacercariae of P. westermani isolated from freshwater crabs collected in Xiuning county,Anhui province,China.The serum obtained from the infected dogs and rats from week 0 to week 16 were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) with soluble adult antigen of P. westermani as probe. Results Specific antibody was detected in the infected dogs and rats. The serum from the infected dogs was positive in the 3 rd week,and the antibody titer was peaked as early as week 5. Positive serum was seen in the infected rats in the 1 st week,and the antibody titer was peaked as early as week 2 to 3,then reduced and maintained at equilibrium at week 8. Conclusion Dynamic changes of antibodies in different hosts infected with metacercariae of Paragonimus westermani are distinguished,and the antibody titer is decreased faster and remained at a feeble positive level in non-permissive host.
