摘　　要：目的了解扬中市人体弓形虫感染状况及其影响因素,为制订科学的防治措施提供依据。方法选取扬中市HIV/AIDS、肿瘤病人、孕妇、畜禽养殖人员、禽畜加工人员、学生、养宠物者、宠物医院兽医、精神病患者等九类特殊人群和对照人群开展问卷调查,并采用ELISA法检测抗弓形虫IgG、IgM抗体。结果共调查1 040人,查出弓形虫抗体阳性81人,总阳性率为7.79%;其中仅IgG阳性74人,占91.36%;仅IgM阳性5人,占6.17%,IgG与IgM均阳性2人,占2.47%。畜产品加工人员、精神病患者和从事家畜养殖人员弓形虫感染率较高。结论扬中市人体弓形虫感染率较高,尤其是畜产品加工人员、精神病患者和从事家畜养殖人员等特殊人群,需要采取有效措施进行干预。Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of Toxoplasma gondii(T.gondii infection in population in Yangzhong area,Jiangsu province for evidences to scientifically plan the preventive and control measures against T.gondii infection.Methods Face-to-face interview by questionnaire was conducted in subjects,including HIV/AIDS carriers/patients,tumor victims,pregnant women,livestock and poultry breeders,livestock product processing personnel,students,pet(cat,dog)keepers,veterinarians from pet hospitals and patients of mental disorder.The blood samples were collected,and undergone test of anti Toxoplasma IgM and IgG antibodies using ELISA.Results Totally,1 040 participants were investigated,and positive T.gondii antibodies were identified in 81(7.79%),in whom 74(91.36%)were IgG positive and 5(6.17%)IgM positive.Both positive IgG and IgM were found only in 2 patients(2.47%).The infection rate T.gondii was higher in livestock product processing personnel,psychotics and livestock breeders.Conclusion Infection with T.gondii appears higher in population,especially in the livestock product processing personnel,psychotics and livestock breeders in Yangzhong area,suggesting that these population require effective intervention in current stage.
