摘  要:为降低海上风电机组运维成本 考虑海上天气情况对维修活动的影响 采用马尔可夫法和动态时间窗 描述海上天气情况 提出可及度指标评估海上风电机组的维修可及性 采用机会维修策略对机组关键部件开 展维修优化 并以周期内成本期望值最小为目标函数 对机组关键部件的机会维修役龄与预防性维修役龄进 行优化 最后以某海上风电场机组为例进行仿真分析 结果表明采用机会维修策略比役龄预防性维修策略的 维修成本降低了 10% 证明了机会维修策略在考虑海上天气因素制约的海上风电机组维修优化方面的有效性 与优越性.Taking into consideration the operation cost and weather conditions,this paper introduced the Markov chain method and dynamic time window to represent the weather conditions on the sea and proposed criteria to evaluate the maintenance accessibility.In addition,this paper adopted opportunistic maintenance strategy to optimize the maintenance of the key components of the offshore wind turbines.Furthermore,with the optimal objective of minimum maintenance cost within the maintenance duration,the preventive maintenance age and opportunistic maintenance age of the main components of wind turbines were adjusted accordingly.Finally,we carried out the simulation at an offshore wind farm.In that case,the opportunistic maintenance strategy reduced the maintenance cost by 10%compared with those under the traditional maintenance strategy.The results verify the effectiveness and superiority of opportunistic maintenance strategy on maintenance optimization under the prohibition of sea weather.
