摘 要:探讨不同温度的碱-尿素预处理体系对亚麻纱线强伸性的影响。测试了不同预处理温度下纱线的失重率、捻度、强伸性,通过纱线表面形态变化和微观结构变化分析了强伸性变化的原因。结果表明:随着体系处理温度的降低,纱线失重率逐渐增大,纱线捻度逐渐增大,纱线断裂强力先增大后减小,纱线断裂伸长率逐渐增大,纤维卷曲数增加、纱线表面更加光滑,纤维的结晶度和取向度减小;低温碱-尿素预处理没有改变亚麻纱线本身的结构。认为:将碱-尿素预处理体系温度控制在-5℃至-10℃之间,可实现低浓度碱对亚麻纱线的改性,在保证纱线断裂强力的前提下,使纱线的断裂伸长率增大。The influences of alkali-urea pre-treatment systems with different temperatures on flax yarn strength&elongation were discussed.The yarn weight loss ratio,twist and strength&elongation of yarns after the pre-treatment under different temperatures were tested.The reasons for the change of strength&elongation were analyzed through the yarn surface morphologic change and microstructure change.The test results showed that the yarn weight loss rate was gradually increased,the yarn twist was gradually increased,the yarn breaking strength was increased firstly and then decreased,the yarn breaking elongation was gradually increased,the fiber crimp number was enlarged,the yarn surface was smoother,the crystalline and degree of orientation were decreased as the temperature decrease of treatment system.The structure of flax yarn was not changed by lower temperature pre-treatment of alkali-urea.It is considered that the modification of flax yarn with lower concentration alkali can be achieved by controlling the pre-treatment temperature of alkali-urea system between-5℃and-10℃.Under this premise of ensuring the yarn breaking strength,the yarn breaking elongation is increased.
