摘  要:研究棉纺精梳机锡林风道气流规律及其对棉网质量和精梳落棉率的影响。系统分析了一个工作周期内不同工作阶段的气流规律,并根据精梳机的锡林、钳板及分离罗拉的运动配合情况及棉网运动规律,分析了锡林风道气流对棉网质量及精梳落棉率的影响。认为:补风口的位置随锡林位置的变化而变化;当毛刷对锡林清扫时,在三角气流板上方形成高压区,产生沿后分离罗拉下表面流动的气流,使分离罗拉倒入机内的棉网尾端上浮,对新旧棉网的接合产生不良影响。在锡林梳理前阶段,有气流通过下钳板与后分离罗拉之间的棉网进入锡林风道,将部分短绒及可纺纤维带走而形成落棉。The influence of airflow regulation in cylinder duct of cotton comber on the cotton web quality and combing noil rate were studied.The airflow regulation in different working stages of one period was systematically analyzed.Moreover,according to the movement coordination situation among the cylinder,nipper and detaching roller and the movement regulation of cotton web,the influences of airflow in cylinder duct on the cotton web quality and combing noil rate were analyzed.It is considered that the position of additional tuyere is changed according to the change cylinder.When the cylinder is cleaned by hairbrush,the high-pressure area is formed on the top of triangle airflow plate.The Air flowing along the under surface of the back-detaching roller is generated.The end of cotton web that is poured into the machine with the guidance of the detaching roller.And the worse influence is generated on the joint of new and old cotton webs.In the front stage of cylinder carding,the air flow travels through the cotton web between under nipper plate and back detaching roller and enter the cylinder duct.Therefore,partial short fiber and spinnable fiber are taken and become the noil.
