摘 要:探讨石墨烯改性粘胶/涤纶50/50 18.5 tex赛络纱的工艺优化措施。简述了石墨烯及其改性纤维的性能,通过石墨烯改性粘胶预处理来提高混纺纱可纺性,并对其开发的混纺纱工艺流程和各工序工艺参数进行优化。测试结果表明:该混纺纱质量达到了一等品的要求,其织成的面料静电压半衰期为0.2 s,保暖率接近30%,抑菌率好。认为:该石墨烯改性粘胶混纺面料具有较好的抗菌、防静电和保暖性能。The process optimization measures for graphene modified viscose/polyester 50/50 18.5 tex siro spun yarn were discussed.The properties of graphene and its modified fiber were simply described.The spinnability of blended yarn was improved by the pre-treatment of graphene modified viscose.The processing flow and the processing parameters in each process for the developed blended yarn were optimized.The test results showed that the quality of blended yarn was reached the requirement of first grade product.The electrostatic voltage half-life period of the woven fabric was 0.2 s,the warmth retention was closed to 30%and the antibacterial rate was better.It is considered that the graphene modified viscose blended fabric has better antibacterial property,anti-static property and warmth retention.
