摘 要:探讨改善R 14.8 tex喷气涡流纱成纱条干水平的工艺优化措施。分析了粘胶原料细度、熟条定量、喷气涡流纺牵伸分配对成纱条干均匀度的影响,通过纺纱工艺的调整优化,成功纺制出了条干水平较好的R 14.8 tex喷气涡流纱。试验结果表明:在一定范围内,原料细度越小、熟条定量越小、主牵伸倍数越小,所纺制的成纱条干水平越好。认为:本试验设定原料细度为1.11 dtex、熟条定量为20 g/5 m、主牵伸为35倍时,所纺制的喷气涡流纱条干水平较好。Process optimization measures for improving yarn eveness of R 14.8 tex air-jet vortex yarn were discussed.Effects of viscose raw material fineness,weight per unit of drawing sliver and the drafting distribution of air-jet vortex spinning on yarn eveness were analyzed.Through adjustment and optimization of spinning process,R 14.8 tex air-jet vortex yarn with better yarn eveness was successfully spun.The test results showed that within a certain range,the smaller fineness of raw materials,the smaller weight per unit of drawing sliver and the smaller main drafting multiple,yarn eveness is better.It is considered that when viscose fineness was set 1.11 dtex,weight per unit of drawing sliver was set 20 g/5 m and main drafting multiple was 35 times,yarn eveness of air-jet vortex yarn is better.
