摘  要:探讨低扭矩纺纱技术在实际应用过程中遇到的问题及解决方法。分析了低扭矩成纱机理,介绍了低扭矩纱的特点,针对低扭矩纱强力低和毛羽多的问题提出了改进方案,对低扭矩纱捻度测试方法进行了优化。认为:通过一系列技术措施,可使低扭矩纺纱技术在安装、工艺设计、提高成纱质量、测试等方面更加完善。Problems encountered and solutions in the application of low torque spinning technology were discussed.Mechanism of low torque yarn formation was analyzed.Properties of low torque yarn were introduced.Improved scheme for problems of lower strength and higher hairiness was put forward.Test method of low torque yarn twist was optimized.It is considered that through a series of technology measures,low torque spinning technology can be better improved in aspects of installation,process design,yarn quality improvement and testing.
