摘 要:探讨基于灰色近优法的涤棉窗帘多目标阻燃后整理参数优化。针对阻燃整理后涤棉窗帘力学性能的变化问题,以直观分析法为基础,结合灰色近优法与灰色关联进行分析。结果表明:当刮涂压强为0.20 MPa,烘焙时间为2.5 min,烘焙温度为180℃时,涤棉窗帘表现出优异的综合性能,其阻燃性与力学性能均符合标准要求。认为:断裂伸长与烘焙温度是涤棉窗帘综合性能的主要影响指标和因素,极限氧指数对试样综合性能影响较小。Multi-objective flame retardant finishing parameters optimization of polyester cotton curtain based on grey near optimal method was discussed.Aiming at mechanical property change of polyester cotton curtain after flame retardant finishing,based on visual analysis method,gray near optimal method and gray correlation were combined to analyze.The results showed when blade coating pressure was 0.20 MPa,baking time was 2.5 min and baking temperature was 180℃,comprehensive property of polyester cotton curtain was excellent.Their flame retardancy and mechanical property could meet standard requirements.It is considered that breaking elongation and baking temperature are the main indexes and influencing factors of polyester cotton curtain comprehensive property,the limiting oxygen index has less influence on sample comprehensive property.
