摘 要:研究CuInS 2量子点修饰棉织物的防紫外线性能。制备了多种摩尔浓度的CuInS 2量子点溶液,通过水浴法利用CuInS 2量子点修饰棉织物,分析了CuInS 2量子点修饰棉织物内部结构变化,研究了量子点不同摩尔浓度对棉织物防紫外线性能的影响。结果表明:修饰后棉织物的紫外线吸收率与原织物相比提高了0.5倍~1.8倍,在UVA区域提升尤为明显,UPF可达到50+;量子点与棉织物能形成良好的结合,在水洗12次之后UPF仍达40+。认为:CuInS 2量子点可以有效提高棉织物的防紫外线性能。Anti-ultraviolet property of CuInS 2 quantum dot modified cotton fabric were studied.Various molar concentrations CuInS 2 quantum dot solution were prepared.Cotton fabric was modified by CuInS 2 quantum dot by water bath method.Internal structure of CuInS 2 quantum dot modified cotton fabric was analyzed.Effect of quantum dot with different molar concentration on cotton fabric anti-ultraviolet property was studied.The results showed that ultraviolet absorption rate of cotton fabric after modification was increased from 0.5 times to 1.8 time s compared with the original fabric.Improvement effect was especially obvious in the UVA region.UPF was reached 50+,combination between quantum dot and cotton fabric was better.After 12 times water washing,UPF was still reached 40+.It is considered that anti-ultraviolet property of cotton fabric can be effectively improved by CuInS 2 quantum dots.
