摘  要:探讨袋式除尘器用耐高温除尘过滤材料的发展现状及研发趋势。简述了除尘过滤材料的性能要求和发展进程。分析了涤纶、聚苯硫醚纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、聚四氟乙烯纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、玻璃纤维等常用过滤材料纤维的优缺点和应用现状。梳理了针刺加固和水刺加固两种加工工艺的应用情况,剖析了我国除尘过滤材料存在的问题。认为:耐高温过滤材料还应在高性能纤维的开发和应用、除尘过滤材料的结构设计和后整理、功能性差别化过滤材料的研发和回收等方面进行研究并完善。Development status and research trend of high temperature resistance dust removing filter material for bag type dust collector were discussed.Property requirements and development process of dust removing filter material were briefly described.Advantages&disadvantages and application status of common filter materials such as polyester,polyphenylene sulfide fiber,aromatic polyamide fiber,polytetrafluoroethylene fiber,polyimide fiber and glass fiber were analyzed.Two processing technologies application of needle punching reinforcement and water punching reinforcement was sorted out.Problems of dust removing filter materials in our country were analyzed.It is considered that high temperature resistance filter material should be researched and improved in the development and application of high-performance fiber,structure design and finishing of dust removing filter materials,research and recycling of functional differential filter materials.
