摘　　要：【目的】对白及(滇产)与2种常见混伪品进行对比鉴别,建立白及真伪品的鉴别方法。【方法】应用性状与显徽鉴别方法,着重对药材的表面特征及横切面和粉末等显徽特征等进行研究。【结果】白及与混伪品云南独蒜兰、滇黄精在外观上具有一定的相似性,但在形态、纹理、断面、气味等性状特征及横切面和黏液细胞、针晶、纤维、导管及淀粉粒等显徽特征方面均有明显差异。应用性状与显徽鉴别方法能有效鉴别白及真伪品。【结论】建立了一套利用性状和显徽特征鉴别白及真伪品的方法,为准确鉴别白及的真伪提供依据,也为市场监督检查提供参考。【Objective】To comparatively identify the Bletilla striata and two kinds of counterfeit products,we set up a identification method for the Bletilla striata and its counterfeit products.【Method】Using the macroscopic and microscopic methods,this study focused on the char-acteristics of surface,transection and powder of Bletilla striata.【Result】The result indicated that Bletilla striata,Pleione yunnanensis and Polygonatum kingianum had similarity in macroscopic features.However,there were obvious differences in morphology,vein,section,odor and microscopic characteristics of cross section,mucous cells,needle crystals,fibers,ducts and starch granules.Using the macroscopic and microscopic methods we could well identify Bletilla striata and its counterfeit products.【Conclusion】In this study,a method for identifying Bletilla striata and its counterfeit products was established by using the macroscopic characteristics and microscopic characteristics,which would provide reference for market supervision and inspection.
