摘 要:【目的】对云南蚕区家蚕品种的家蚕质型多角体病毒病进行抗性分类,为抗病育种、抗病关键基因的研究提供参考。【方法】在前期工作基础上选取58个家蚕品种对其进行家蚕质型多角体病毒感染率的调查,3龄起蚕添食相同浓度的家蚕质型多角体病毒液,接种后第7天,镜检确定感染数,采用方差分析、多重比较、聚类分析等方法相结合进行数据分析。【结果】不同家蚕品种对家蚕质型多角体病毒的感染率差异显著(P<0.01),采用聚类分析K-Mean法获得4个抗性分类,10品种和14品种为高抗品种,高感品种有23个。采用系统聚类法谱系图获得2大类,4个小分类,高抗品种5个,高感品种10个。【结论】云南蚕区部分家蚕品种资源对BmCPV的抗性能力分为4个水平,根据系统聚类法,高抗品种占9%,高感品种占17%,中感品种占34%,中抗品种占40%。【Objective】The resistance classification to mori cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus(BmCPV)of the silkworm varieties from Yunnan sericultural areas were investigat in order to breed resistant variety and study key gene.【Method】On the basis of previous work,we selected 58 silkworm varieties to investigate the infection rate of BmCPV.The same concentration of BmCPV suspension liquid were fed on the 3rd instars larva,7 days after inoculation,determining infection amount through microscopy and the data were analyzed by using analysis of variance,multiple comparison,and combination of clustering analysis.【Result】The results showed that the infection rate among different varieties were different significance(P<0.01),we obtained 4 variety classifications by K-Mean clustering analysis method,high resistant varieties were variety 10 and variety 14,high susceptible varieties were variety 23.We obtained 2 categories and 4 variety classifications by the method of system clustering tree,high resistant varieties had 5,high susceptible varieties had 10.【Conclusion】The resistant ability of 58 silkworm varieties to BmCPV from Yunnan sericultural areas were divided into 4 levels according to the method of system clustering,high resistant varieties accounted for 9%,high susceptible varieties accounted for 17%,intermediate levels of sensibility and resistance in 34%and 40%respectively.
