摘  要:机载显示器通常采用基于韦伯-费希纳定律的亮度自动调节算法实现亮度的自动调节。由于显示器内部环境光测试转换电路和LED背光调节控制电路的设计、材料、器件和装配等存在差异,会造成实际环境光-亮度变化曲线与标准变化曲线出现偏离,导致亮度自动变化效果不能满足要求。为了使显示器的环境光-亮度变化曲线符合标准曲线,本文提出了一套显示器环境光-亮度测试系统,设计了测试软件的组成结构和程序流程,通过程序控制获取实验数据并绘制曲线,通过对实验数据及曲线的分析和比较,完成显示器亮度自动调节算法优化。实验结果表明:优化后的调光算法曲线接近标准曲线,同一环境光照度对应的实际亮度值与标准亮度值误差低于3%,满足设计要求。Airborne displays usually use the brightness automatic adjustment algorithm based on Weber-Fechner law to achieve automatic brightness adjustment.Due to the difference in design,materials,devices and assembly of the internal ambient light detection conversion circuit and LED backlight adjustment control circuit,the actual ambient light-brightness curve deviates from the standard curve,resulting in an automatic brightness change effect that does not meet the requirements.In order to make the ambient light-luminance curve of the display conform to the standard curve,a set of display ambient light-brightness test system is proposed in this paper.The composition and program flow of the test software are designed.The experimental data is obtained and the curve is drawn through the program control.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental data and the curve,the algorithm of automatic brightness adjustment of the display is optimized.The experimental results show that the optimized dimming algorithm curve is close to the standard curve,and the error between the actual brightness value and the standard brightness value corresponding to the same ambient illumination is less than 3%,which meets the design requirements.
