摘　　要：目的探讨高龄患者人工髋关节置换术后感染的影响因素及对应的干预措施,为术后护理中减少感染提供理论依据。方法对2013年6月至2018年6月在我院骨科就诊的部分行人工髋关节置换术且发生术后感染的患者,依据年龄随机选取并分为实验组与对照组,回顾性分析2组患者的人口学资料及临床资料。结果高龄患者与低龄患者术后感染的病原菌分布及感染部位并无明显差异。单因素分析结果显示,手术时间、引流时间、髋关节手术史、糖尿病史以及长期使用激素均与高龄患者术后感染具有相关性,并且互相独立。结论高龄患者术后感染与多种危险因素具有明显相关性,通过围手术期合理的护理方式可有效降低高龄患者感染危险。Objective To explore the influencing factors and related intervention measures against postoperative infection in elderly patients after artificial hip replacement,so as to provide theoretical evidence for reducing infection in postoperative nursing.Methods The patients,who underwent artificial hip replacement and had postoperative infection in the Orthopaedics Department of the hospital from June 2013 to June 2018,were enrolled and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to age.A retrospective analysis was made on the demographic data and clinical data of the patients in the 2 groups. Results There were no significant differences in postoperative infection pathogen distribution and infection sites between senior age patients and junior age patients.Univariate analysis showed that surgical time,drainage time,history of hip surgery,history of diabetes and prolonged use of hormones were obviously correlated with postoperative infection in elderly patients,and were independent of each other. Conclusion Postoperative infection in elderly patients is significantly correlated with a variety of risk factors,and the risk of infection in elderly patients could be effectively reduced through proper perioperative nursing.
