高芥酸油菜新品种豪油29的选育

摘　　要：为选育适应性更好、优质、丰产的杂交油菜品种,采用杂交转育方法,利用高芥酸隐性核不育系H10AB与高芥酸恢复系H29R组配而成甘蓝型高芥酸杂交油菜新品种豪油29。该品种具有高产、稳产性好、含油量高、抗倒抗逆强、适应性广等优点。在安徽连续3年多点试验产量表现突出,千粒重3.73 g,含油率42.6%,芥酸含量50.4%,硫苷含量为118.6μmol/g(饼)。In order to breed hybrid rapeseed varieties with better adaptability,high quality and high yield,a new high erucic acid hybrid rapeseed variety,Haoyou 29,was bred by crossing recessive genic male sterile line H10AB with restorer line H29R.Haoyou 29 had the advantages of high yield,good stability,high oil content,strong lodging resistance,resistance to stress and wide adaptability.In Anhui Province,the yield of multi-point experiment was outstanding for three consecutive years.The 1 000-grain weight was 3.73 g,the oil content was 42.6%,the erucic acid content was 50.4%,and the glucosinolate content was 118.6μmol/g.
