我国社交媒体文件归档范围研究——以“海洋中国”微信平台为例

摘　　要：近年社交媒体平台兴起,产生大量信息,哪些信息具备文件属性应被归档保存是目前亟需解决的难题,应尽快界定社交媒体文件的归档范围。提出界定社交媒体文件归档范围的重要性;列举英、美、澳三国关于社交媒体文件的归档范围和相关政策;对“海洋中国”上推送的所有信息一一进行梳理,统计相关数据;从信息性质、信息内容、信息形成方式和信息形式四个维度对推送过的全部信息进行分类;结合国外归档经验和研究实践从以上四个维度分别界定社交媒体文件的归档范围;阐述其他需要归档的相关文件类别。The rise of social media platforms in recent years has generated a lot of information.It is an urgent problem to solve which information has file property to be archived.The scope of social media documents Archiving in China should be defined as soon as possible.Propose the importance of defining the scope of social media documents Archiving.List the scope and relevant policies of social media documents Archiving in Britain,the United States and Australia.The information on the"ocean China"is sorted out one by one,and related data are collected.All information that has been pushed is classified from the four dimensions of information nature,information content,information formation mode and information form.According to foreign archiving experience and research practice,the archiving scope of social media documents is defined from the above four dimensions.Describe other related document categories should be archived.
