摘　　要：我国少数民族非物质文化遗产保护中尚存在不少问题,应在加强法律法规建设的前提下,实行“因地制宜”与“因人制宜”的保护方式相结合,以促进我国少数民族非物质文化遗产保护和传承。There are still many issues in the protection of Chinese ethnic minority’s intangible cultural heritage.Under the premise of strengthening the construction of laws and regulations,we should combine the protection methods of"acting according to local conditions"with"acting according to people"in order to improve the protection and inheritance of Chinese ethnic minority’s intangible cultural heritage.
