摘　　要：管理思想的转变是各个行业都要注重的事情,管理精细化也越来越广泛地被应用。本文阐述了精细化管理的内涵,将图书采购中应用精细化管理思路的现实意义叙述出来,并且从精细化图书采购方面解决高校图书馆图书采购存在的问题,以具体化的应用形式将图书采购的质量展示出来。The transformation of management thinking is a matter that all industries must pay attention to,and the management refinement is more and more widely applied.In this paper,the connotation of refined management is expounded,the practical significance of applying refined management ideas in book purchasing is described,problems existing in book purchasing in college libraries are solved from the aspect of refined book purchasing,and the quality of book purchasing is showed with specific application form.
