摘  要:目的建立以氯化胆碱/尿素低共熔溶剂提取金银花中绿原酸的新方法。方法通过单因素试验考察了固液比、提取温度、提取时间、水、酸、碱对提取效率的影响。在此基础上,选择固液比、提取温度、提取时间进行L9(33)正交试验。结果绿原酸提取的最佳工艺为料液比为1∶25,水浴温度70℃,提取60 min,比在同等条件下用水或者60%乙醇提取的提取率分别提高了58%和16%。结论该提取方法高效、绿色、环保。Objective:A new method of extracting chlorogenic acid from honeysuckle with choline chloride/urea deep eutectic solvent was established.Methods:The single factor test was applied to study the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,water,acid and alkali on the extraction efficiency.On the basis of this,the solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time were selected for L9(33)orthogonal test.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶25,water bath temperature 70℃,extraction 60 min.Under the above conditions,the extraction rates were 58%and 16%higher than those extracted with water or 60%ethanol under the same conditions.Conclusion:The extraction method is efficient and environmentally friendly.
