摘 要:为研究透水混凝土的抗冻性能,采用三因素三水平的正交试验,选取水胶比、浆集比和石子级配为影响因素,以质量损失率和动弹性模量衰减率为指标进行试验研究。结果表明:透水混凝土的最终冻融破坏形式表现为动弹性模量的触限衰减,因此透水混凝土的抗冻性更适用动弹性模量表征方法监测;三个主要因素对透水混凝土冻融过程质量损失和动弹性模量衰减的影响主次程度不同,就质量损失率来说,石子级配的影响最大,水胶比次之,浆集比最小,而对于动弹性模量衰减率而言,浆集比的影响最大,石子级配次之,水胶比最小;透水混凝土在寒冷环境下最佳配合比参数为水胶比0.31,浆集比0.55,石子级配4.75~9.50 mm;透水混凝土动弹性模量衰减率y与冻融次数N符合指数函数,且在显著性水平α=0.05下其相关关系显著;透水混凝土的冻融破坏以静水压破坏为主,粗大孔隙多且连通程度高的结构加剧了静水压的破坏效应,是导致透水混凝土抗冻性低的根本原因。In order to study the anti-freezing performance of permeable concrete,the orthogonal test of three factors and three levels were adopted.The water-to-binder ratio,the slurry set ratio and the stone gradation were selected as parameters,the mass loss rate and the dynamic modulus decay rate were used as indicators to conduct experimental research and analysis.The results show that the final freeze-thaw failure mode of permeable concrete is the specified limit decay of dynamic elastic modulus.Therefore,the frost resistance of permeable concrete is more suitable for dynamic modulus characterization.Three major factors affect the quality loss and dynamics of permeable concrete during freeze-thaw process.The influence of modulus attenuation is different.In terms of mass loss rate,the influence of stone gradation is the largest,the water-cement ratio is the second,and the slurry ratio is the smallest one.For the dynamic modulus attenuation rate,the influence of slurry ratio is the largest,the stone grade is second,the water-to-binder ratio is the smallest.The optimum mix ratio of the permeable concrete in the cold environment is that the water-to-binder ratio is 0.31,the slurry set ratio is 0.55 and the stone grade is 4.75~9.50 mm.The permeable concrete dynamic elastic modulus is attenuated.The rate y and the number of freeze-thaw cycles N are in accordance with the exponential function,and the correlation is significant at the significance levelα=0.05.The freeze-thaw damage of the permeable concrete is mainly caused by hydrostatic pressure damage,but the structure with large coarse pores and high connectivity is intensified.The destructive effect of hydrostatic pressure is the root cause of the low frost resistance of permeable concrete.
