摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Tm,Ho:Gd 3Ga 5O 12(Tm,Ho:GGG)超细纳米粉末,煅烧纳米粉末以用来烧结透明陶瓷.对纳米粉末进行模塑,煅烧和烧结,并通过真空烧结法制备GGG透明陶瓷同时确定陶瓷烧结方法.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和光致发光荧光光谱仪(PFS)分析样品的粒度和结构.分析结果表明,粉末在900℃煅烧下粒度均匀且分散性好.荧光光谱测试结果表明,Tm,Ho:GGG陶瓷主要发射峰位于2.02μm(即2 020 nm),该荧光是由Ho 3+的5I 7→5I 8转变产生的荧光发射.透过光谱测试结果表明,烧结后的Tm,Ho:GGG陶瓷样品透过率约为85.8%.Tm,Ho:Gd 3Ga 5O 12(Tm,Ho:GGG)ultrafine nanopowders were synthesized by sol-gel method,and the nanopowder was calcined to sinter transparent ceramics.The nanopowder is molded,calcined and sintered,and a GGG transparent ceramic is prepared by a vacuum sintering method while determining a ceramic sintering method.The particle size and structure of the samples were analyzed by X ray diffractometer(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectrometer,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and photoluminescence fluorescence spectromete(PFS).The analysis results show that the powder has uniform particle size and good dispersion under calcination at 900℃.Fluorescence spectroscopy results show that the main emission peak of Tm,Ho:GGG ceramic is located at 2.02μm,and the fluorescence is the fluorescence emission generated by the transition of 5I 7→5I 8 of Ho 3+.The results of the spectral test showed that the transmittance of the Tm,Ho:GGG ceramic samples after sintering was about 85.8%.
