黄芪口服液改善慢性心力衰竭心肌纤维化患者血管炎症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪口服液在慢性心力衰竭心肌纤维化患者血管炎症中的改善效果。方法以新疆医科大学第五附属医院高血压科收治的90例慢性心力衰竭心肌纤维化患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组45例,两组均予以强心、利尿、扩血管、降压等常规治疗,观察组同时使用黄芪口服液治疗,观察记录两组左室射血分数、血清脑钠肽(BNP)、6 min步行距离、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α和超敏C反应蛋白,比较两组心功能改善疗效。结果两组治疗后左室射血分数、血清BNP、6 min步行距离、白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α和超敏C反应蛋白均有改善,观察组的改善效果更佳;观察组心功能改善总有效率93.3%,对照组心功能改善总有效率71.1%,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论黄芪口服液有助于改善慢性心力衰竭心肌纤维化患者的心功能和血管炎症。Objective To discuss the effect of Huangqi Oral Solution in improvement of vascular inflammation in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)-myocardial fibrosis.Methods The patients(n=90)were chosen from Department of Hypertension of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,and the divided into control group and observation group(each n=45).All 2 groups were given cardiotonic,diuretic,dilatation and anti-hypertension treatment,and observation group was given Huangqi Oral Solution at the same time.The changes of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),6-minute walk distance(6MWD),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were observed and recorded in 2 groups,and improvement effect on heart function was compared between 2 groups.Results After treatment,LVEF,BNP,6MWD,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP were all improved in 2 groups and the improvement was more significant in observation group.The total effective rate of heart function improvement was 93.3%in observation group and 71.1%in control group,and the difference between 2 groups had statistical significance.Conclusion Huangqi Oral Solution can improve heart function and relieve vascular inflammation in patients with CHF-myocardial fibrosis.
