摘　　要：根据连续化塔式氯化石蜡-52生产工艺的特点,在保证连续化生产作业的同时,针对影响安全、环保的各个要点按自动化控制标准纳入连续化生产线。在提高氯化反应速率、保证产品质量稳定的同时,达到节能环保,安全联锁、工艺参数自动控制及稳定可靠的运行效果。According to the characteristics of the continuous tower type chlorinated paraffin-52 production process,while guaranteeing the continuous production,the key points affecting safety and environmental protection are brought into the continuous production line according to the automation control standard.While improving the chlorination reaction rate and guaranteeing the stability of product quality,energy saving,environmental protection,safety interlocking are achieved.Automatic control of technical parameters and stable and reliable operation effect.
