摘　　要：目的探讨铰链式外固定架在不稳定性肘关节损伤中的应用。方法对21例不稳定性肘关节损伤患者均采用肘关节铰链式外固定架治疗。所有患者术后均进行随访,并于末次随访时采用Mayo肘部评分对患者进行肘关节功能评估。结果21例不稳定性肘关节损伤患者,1例出现术后皮肤、软组织坏死,给予治疗后治愈;其余患者均未见明显感染和神经损伤。3例术后恢复略差,其余患者均取得较好疗效。Mayo肘部评分结果示:优5例,良10例,可4例,差2例;平均(82±3.5)分。结论铰链式外固定支架治疗不稳定性肘关节损伤操作更简便,固定可靠,值得在临床推广。Objective To evaluate the application of hinge external fixation in the treatment of elbow instability.Methods Twenty-one patients with elbow instability were included in this study,and all 21 patients were treated with hinge external fixation.All patients were followed up,the Mayo core system was used to evaluate the elbow function at the last follow-up.Results There were 21 cases of unstable elbow joint injury.One case of skin and soft tissue necrosis was cured after surgery,The remaining patients did not have significant infection and nerve injury.The recovery of 3 cases was slightly poor,and the rest of the patients achieved good results.Mayo elbow scoring results showed that excellent in 5 cases,good in 10 cases,fair in 4 cases,and poor in 2 cases,with an average score of(82±3.5).Conclusion The application of hinge external fixation for elbow instability is reliable and easy to manipulate.
