摘  要:钙钛锆石硼硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷作为高放废液的固化基材具有良好的发展前景。采用两步法制备了掺Nd 2O 3的硼硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷,并研究了晶核剂(CaO,TiO 2,ZrO 2)质量分数对其晶相组成和显微结构的影响。结果表明:随着晶核剂质量分数的增加,玻璃化转变温度也随之上升(615~650℃),核化温度为655~690℃,晶化温度为800~850℃;晶核剂质量分数的增加使样品中SiO 2晶相减少,开始出现CaZrTi 2O 7晶相,晶体的致密度增加,晶体生长更加容易。在晶核剂质量分数为45%的样品中CaZrTi 2O 7质量分数最高,并出现了更稳定的CaZrTi 2O 7-2M结构。晶核剂质量分数为50%的样品除了存在钙钛锆石(CaZrTi 2O 7)晶相和CaZrTi 2O 7-2M晶相外,还有未熔融的ZrO 2。因此,CaO,TiO 2,ZrO 2作为晶核剂加入硼硅酸盐玻璃体系之中能促进钙钛锆石(CaZrTi 2O 7)的形成与生长。Zirconolite borosilicate glass-ceramics as solidified substrates for HLLW has good development prospects.Borosilicate glass ceramics doped with Nd 2O 3 were prepared by two-step method.The effect of crystal nucleating agent content(CTZ:CaO,TiO 2,ZrO 2)on its crystal phase composition and microstructure was also studied.The results show that with the increase of CTZ content,the glass transition temperature(615-650℃),nucleation temperature(655-690℃)and crystallization temperature(800-850℃)increased.The increase of CTZ content will lead to the decrease of SiO 2 crystal phase in the sample,and CaZrTi 2O 7 crystal phase will appear,which will also increase the crystal density and make crystal growth easier.It has been found that the content of CaZrTi 2O 7 is the highest in the sample withωCTZ at 45%,and a more stable structure of CaZrTi 2O 7-2M appears.In addition to the CaZrTi 2O 7 and the CaZrTi 2O 7-2M crystal phases,the sample withωCTZ at 50%also has unmelted ZrO 2.In conclusion,the addition of CaO,TiO 2 and ZrO 2 as nucleating agents to the borosilicate glass system can promote the formation and growth of CaZrTi 2O 7.
