摘  要:某物流公司自主设计了分拣系统,设备数量达到667台,零部件数量大,非标设备占比35%,日均分拣商品数量达到20万件,按月统计,由于设备故障导致的分拣设备停机8 h/百万件,以降低分拣设备停机为目标的关键设备维修成为需要解决的核心问题。为充分利用分拣设备管理系统的设备运维数据,设计了要因模型。采用德尔菲法建立专家知识库,设置合理的评分项和权重值,精准定位对分拣设备停机影响最大的设备,当确定设备后,集中多方面专家,采用实验、计算、测试等手段,找出故障要素,制定维修方案,指导维修。通过实践验证,要因模型的运用使分拣设备停机下降到5.2 h/百万件,方法有效。A logistics company independently designed the sorting system according to users'demand.The number of equipment reached 667,the number of parts is large,non-standard equipment accounting for 35%.Average daily sorting commodity quantity reaches 200 000.According to monthly statistics,the sorting equipment is shut down for 8 hours/million pieces due to equipment failure.Till now,equipment maintainer can't maintain equipment timely.To reduce the sorting equipment stops is the core issue of equipment maintenance.The sorting equipment management system can accurately record numerous equipment operation and maintenance data.In order to make more accurate use of data,this paper designed the major factor model.The core idea is to use Delphi method to establish the expert knowledge base,set reasonable scoring items and weight values,and achieve the purpose of accurate positioning the equipment with the greatest impact on the downtime of sorting equipment.After the failure equipment was determined,experts from many fields were brought together to find out the fault factors and make maintenance plans for providing maintenance personnel guidance by experiments,calculation and testing methods.Through the round of maintenance,sorting equipment downtime fell to 5.2 hours/million pieces,proving this method is effective.
