摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱测定复合预混合饲料中维生素D3的分析方法。样品经水超声破解微粒包被,再用乙腈提取后,使用C 18色谱柱,采用紫外检测器,检测波长为264 nm,外标法定量。结果表明,维生素D3在0.05~5μg/ml线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 9。方法定量限1.00×10^4 IU/kg,平均加标回收率82.1%~87.9%,相对标准偏差2.08%~3.20%。按上述方法共检测样品20批次,结果表明,该方法快速、准确可靠,能够实现快速测定预混合饲料中维生素D3的含量。A HPLC method for the determination of vitamin D3 in compound premixed feed was established.After the sample was cracked by water ultrasound,the particle package was extracted with acetonitrile,and the C 18 chromatogram column was used.The ultraviolet detector was used to detect the wavelength of 264 nm and external standard method for quantitative.The results showed that vitamin D3 had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05-5μg/ml,and the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.999 9.Limit of quantitation was 1.00×10.4 IU/kg,the average recovery rate was 82.1%-87.9%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.08%-3.20%.A total of 20 batches of samples were tested according to the above method.The results show that the method is fast,accurate and reliable,and can quickly determine the content of vitamin D 3 in premixed feed.
