摘　　要：通过对本公司SAN树脂工艺、设备及产品质量进行探究,总结SAN树脂异色点产生因素,找到异色点的有效控制措施。SAN树脂是是一种光亮的硬粒子,产品中存在黑色、红色、黄色等异色斑点(以下统称“异色点”),严重影响SAN的产品质量。现从工艺、设备和产品质量等方面对SAN树脂的异色点进行研究,从而寻找到有效降低异色点的措施,提高SAN树脂的质量。Through the exploration of the company's SAN resin process,equipment and product quality,summarize the factors of the heterogeneous color point of SAN resin and find effective control measures for different color points.SAN resin is a kind of bright hard particles.There are black,red,yellow and other colored spots in the product(hereinafter referred to as“different color points”),which seriously affects the quality of SAN products.Now we study the different color points of SAN resin from the aspects of process,equipment and product quality,so as to find measures to effectively reduce the color point and improve the quality of SAN resin.
