摘 要:[目的]比较经筋辨证敷贴疗法对膝关节镜术后结筋病灶点红外温度和疼痛的影响。[方法]选取2018年6-12月在本科收治的60例行膝关节镜的患者随机分成对照组和试验组,各30例,在常规护理的基础上,对照组术后采用常规敷贴疗法进行护理,试验组术后采用经筋辨证敷贴疗法进行护理,观察两组患者术前、术后14 d及28 d疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分,委阳次、阴陵上、足三里次、髌内下四处结筋病灶点红外温度。[结果]两组术后4处结筋病灶点红外温度均较术前降低,两组术后VAS疼痛评分均较术前明显下降(P<0.05)。试验组术后4处结筋病灶点红外温度低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术后VAS疼痛评分均低于对照组。[结论]经筋辨证敷贴疗法能明显缓解膝关节镜患者疼痛的症状,可改善膝关节镜术后经筋病灶点红外温度,红外温度的变化可为疼痛的缓解提供客观而直接的评价依据。[Objective]To explore the effects of application therapy by the theory of Meridian Sinew on infrared temperature and pain after knee arthroscopy.[Methods]A total of 60 patients with knee arthroscopy were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in observation group were treated with application therapy by the theory of Meridian Sinew,and the patients in control group were treated with routine application therapy on the basis of routine care.The VAS scores in two groups were observed and infrared temperature in laser speckle in two groups were compared before operation,at 14th day and 28th day after operation.[Results]Infrared temperature in laser speckle were lower after treatment in both groups and VAS scores were lower after treatment in two groups(P<0.05).Infrared temperature in laser speckle were lower after treatment in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Application therapy by the theory of Meridian Sinew can significantly relieve the symptoms of pain after knee arthroscopy.Application therapy can raise infrared temperature in laser speckle,which provides an evidence for pain mechanism.
