摘　　要：黄褐斑病因复杂,目前西医尚无有效的治疗方法,张池金教授结合中医理论与多年临床经验,针对其发病机制制定出疏肝理气、益肾填精,养血健脾之法,自拟“祛斑养颜汤”治疗黄褐斑,临床应用效果显著,值得临床推广及进一步研究。The etiology of chloasma is complicated and there is no effective treatment method in western medicine at present.Professor ZHANG Chijin combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical experience for many years,summarized the methods of soothing liver and regulating qi,tonifying kidney and filling essence,nourishing blood and strengthening spleen,and self-made“Quban Yangyan Decoction”to treat chloasma according to the pathogenesis of chloasma.The effect of clinical application is remarkable.It is worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
