摘 要:目的探讨复方微粉ANBP对皮肤创伤早期小鼠血清凝血因子(FⅦ)与抗凝血酶Ⅲ(ATⅢ)含量的影响。方法建立皮肤创伤小鼠模型,将30只小鼠随机分为实验组(n=15)和对照组(n=15),于小鼠背部脱毛消毒,用直径1cm打孔器建立皮肤创伤小鼠模型,分别对用复方微粉ANBP处理和不做任何处理的小鼠肉眼观察,用大小及厚度相同的滤纸贴于伤口,通过滤纸浸润面积判断创面渗出及其干燥程度,并眼眶取血0.5mL,离心后得到血清并以酶联免疫法测定其中FⅦ和ATⅢ的含量。结果肉眼观察:较对照组相比,实验组小鼠背部创面在6h时最为干燥;FⅦ含量检测:与对照组相比,实验组在创伤后24h内呈先上升后下降的趋势,并在6h时达到观察期间的含量最大值(97.32±12.11)ng/mL,高峰明显提前出现(P<0.05);ATⅢ含量检测:与对照组相比,实验组在创伤后24h内呈先下降后上升的趋势,并在6h时达到观察期间的含量最小值(17.36±7.89)ng/mL,低于对照组(22.55±6.48)ng/mL(P<0.05)。结论复方微粉ANBP具有在创伤早期动态调节C57BL/6小鼠的FⅦ与ATⅢ含量的作用,使机体FⅦ、ATⅢ含量分别在创伤发生初(3~6h)和6~24h含量增加。Objective To investigate the effects of the compound micro-powder ANBP on the levels of FVII and ATIII in mice with early skin trauma.Methods Thirty mice were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 15 in each group.After the removal and disinfection of back of the mice,a diameter of 1cm perforator was used to establish a skin trauma mouse model.The mice in the experimental group were managed with the compound micro-powder ANBP and mice in the control group were without any extra treatment.The same size and thickness of filter paper was used to cover on the trauma to determine the oozing and drying degree through the filter paper immersion area.Then 0.5mL blood from the eyes was taken,the centrifugal serum was got and enzyme-linked immunology method was used to detect the level of FVII and ATIII.Results By eye observation,the mice in the experimental group had the driest back wound at 6h compared with the control group.By detecting the level of FVII,compared with the control group,the experimental group showed tendency of rising first and then falling down within 24h after trauma,reaching the maximum content of(97.32±12.11)ng/mL during the observation period at 6h,showing that its peak appeared significantly ahead of schedule(P<0.05).By detecting the level of ATIII,compared to the control group,the experimental group showed a tendency of falling down first then rising up within 24h after trauma,reaching the minimum content value of(17.36±7.89)ng/mL during the observation period at 6h,lower than that of the control group(22.55±6.48)ng/mL(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound micro-powder ANBP has the effect on dynamically regulating the FVII and ATIII level of mice in the early stage of trauma,which can increase the content FVII and ATIII in the body at the beginning of trauma(3-6h and 6-24h),respectively.
